Return & Refund Policy

1. Within 7 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, you may contact our customer service to discuss refund application, provided that the product remains in good condition with original packaging, tags and full accessories intact for resale.

2. Definition of good condition: No wear, scratches or stains on the surface; hardware without scratches; no self-modification or dyeing. All accessories including tags, dust bags and boxes must be returned together. If accessories or tags are missing, we may deduct the corresponding cost of missing items.

3. Shipping Fee: Buyer shall bear the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee paid at checkout will not be refunded.

Exclusions for 7-Day No-Reason Return:
① Custom, pre-order, engraved or specially modified bags;
② More than 7 days after package delivery;
③ Items used, worn, stained or damaged and cannot be resold;
④ Clearance / flash sale items clearly marked "Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable" (marked visibly on product page).

1. If manufacturing defects (cracks, loose hardware, large leather flaws, serious workmanship defects, etc.) are found after receipt, please provide clear photos within 7 days after delivery.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment account. Cash refund or third-party transfer is not available.

1. Only one after-sales application per order. Multiple return requests for the same order will not be accepted.

2. If returned goods are inspected to have man-made damage or missing accessories, we reserve the right to reject the package or issue partial refund after deducting corresponding charges.

3. This policy may be revised in accordance with updated laws and regulations. Revised version will be posted on this page without separate notifications to customers.
